Coatings

Products such as wound drains, catheters, exams gloves and disposable respirators could be coated with the Safe Life antimicrobial.

Embedded Nonwovens

Nonwoven applications involve the embedding of the Safe Life antimicrobial within the raw materials of a given product, a significant advancement in the use of antimicrobial technology capable of improving both efficacy and cost effectiveness. A variety of potential product applications exist, including surgical drapes and gowns, wound dressings, medical masks, and other disposable, nonwoven medical products.

Films

Potential film-based applications include hospital tubing and collection bags.
